July 2019 Market Stats

July 2019 home sales for the Grand Forks and Christina Lake area remained consistent when compared to July 2018. Home prices were up from July 2018 for both single family detached homes and single family detached homes with acreages.  Months of inventory was at 9 months for July 2019 indicating a good supply of homes for buyers in the area. The overall market in July 2019 was strong and will most likely continue into late summer with the demand for affordable homes for both first time home buyers and retirees remaining strong as Southern BC still struggles with affordability in most markets.
