December 2018 Market Stats

In December 2018, the number of home sold in the Grand Forks and Christina Lake areas were down from 2017 but we did see an uptick in inquiries for properties in the last week of December. It will be interesting to see if this transpires into more homes sold in the first part of January 2019. We did see a decrease in the average price when compared to December 2017  but this can be influenced by both the number and type of properties sold during the month. Overall the market is still in good shape and the affordability factor is still resulting in inquiries from potential buyers from outside the region.
