
Overall the market conditions in both Grand Forks and Christina Lake remain strong as the inventory of listings is favourable and prices are reasonable when compared to other regions of the province. The sales for the month of November kept pace with October indicating the demand for properties in the Boundary region remains strong for the latter part of fall.
The number of months of inventory decreased from October which is consistent with the fall market as the number of new listings tends to be less than during the spring months.
